Japanese Grammar ~ ikura-temo (~ いくら - ても) has meaning "no matter how".

Formation [接続]

いくら + Verb-てform + も

いくら + Noun + でも

いくら + いadj (remove い) + くても

いくら + なadj + でも

私はいくらお酒を飲んでも顔色が変わらない。

Watashi wa ikura osake wo nondemo kaoiro ga kawaranai.

No matter how much I drink, my complexion does not change.

これはいくら安くても、買いたくない。

Ikura yasukutemo, kaitakunai.

No matter how cheap this is, I don't want to buy it.

いくら好きでもコーラーをたくさん飲むと、身体に悪いですよ。

Ikura sukidemo kooraa o takusan nomu to shintai ni warui desu yo.

No matter how much you love Coca-cola, it’s not good for your health if you drink too much.

いくら調べてもわからなかったので、先生に聞いた。
